Do so, then patrol the area for cruise deflector AiRs. From the far north east corner of Primordia, travel into Oblivia where you'll find an FN Site to install a probe. Objective #3 is actually the easiest to complete. The puges do respawn, so if you don't get two energy tubes on your first patrol, circle again until you're done. Kill them for a chance to get an energy tube with your spoils. There are three puges that patrol the elevated portion of the base. The easiest place to find puges is at the Seaswept Base in the south east corner of Primordia. You'll recognize them by the lightning icons above their head. These guys are the robot enemies that hang out with the Prones. To complete Objective #2, you get to kill some puges. If you're lucky, you will have already had mining probes set up at these locations, and you'll have a portion, if not all, of the white cometites on hand already. Expect to wait an hour or more for all five white cometites to come in. We're talking several days in game, even with multiple probes. Or, better yet, use your time wisely and farm EXP or explore the beautiful world of Mira. FN Sites automatically provide resources, so all there is to do is sit back and wait. Once mining probes are installed, the waiting game begins. Ensure you have mining probes installed at as many of these sites as possible. White cometite can be found at FN Sites 115 and 118 in Primordia, and FN Site 219 in Noctilum. In order to complete Objective #1, you must use FrontierNav (on your gamepad) to mine for resources.
